SCHIACCIATA TRADIZIONALE
The name ‘Schiacciata’ comes from the Italian verb ‘schiacciare’, which means ’to press with the fingers’ and refers to the preparation of the sourdough. The sourdough is seasoned with lots of virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
